Update 9/8/2008 – Cheyenne Blanton pleaded guilty to to aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery, complicity to aggravated robbery, felonious assault, kidnapping and vandalism. Blanton’s fat ass was sentenced to 44 years in prison on FridayFriday reviews
. Nagle pleaded guilty to the same charges and faces sentencing on Oct 14th. Bet he is pissing his pants about right now. lol! Go Judge Andrew Nastoff!
CINCINNATI, Ohio – These two teens did something that prompted Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones to state “This is one of the worst crimes I’ve ever seen, they are sick animals.” Wanna know what they did? Of course you do or you wouldn’t be at this site. These two delinquents hid in the basement of a house overnight with the intention of stealing the car of the owner in the morning. Unfortunately for them and another, they missed their chance when Sheila Clark left the house on Friday morning, taking the car. Instead of leaving the residence at that time, for almost 8 hours, they tortured Sheila’s disabled 18-year-old daughter, who had been sleeping in her room.
The entire goal of these idiots was to leave town to skip a juvenile hearing one of them was supposed to show up for later in the week. They would steal the car and get out of Dodge. But instead, after their car drove away, they went upstairs to the kitchen and got something to eat. They then went to the 18-year-old’s bedroom and woke her up. It should be noted that this girl just had brain surgery. The teenage boy and girl tied up the 18-year-old woman, clubbed her, kicked her, shaved her head and soaked her with water before making her walk barefoot outside in the snow…the entire time the young girl begged them not to hit her in the head. Their reason for torturing this girl? Just for kicks, it seems.
Sheila realized something had happened when she came home and saw the house ransacked. She called 911. A neighbor also called the sheriff’s department to report two juveniles in the neighbor’s yard. The teenagers were apprehended a few minutes later in nearby woods after following their footprints in the snow.
Cheyenne Blanton, 17, and Joseph Nagle, 16, were arraigned Monday on juvenile delinquency charges that include aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery, kidnapping, felonious assault and vandalism. Pics when or if I get them.

Second verse, same as the first: Where the HELL were the parents of the ’sick animals’? If they were already awaiting a juvenile hearing, I would think that they would (read: SHOULD) be under house arrest. Why were they even left unsupervised?
That poor 18-year old! Not much was noted about her injuries – is she going to be OK? I hope there weren’t any long-term physical effects from the abuse. Brain surgery? And they beat the girl? I think both of these animals need frontal lobotomies, and to be sterilized! Can you imagine what they would do to a baby if they had one? We’d be reading about them here again, for sure.

DAMN. There are way too many sick, fucked up people in this world! What kind of animals set out to steal a car, but when that falls through decides to beat & torture a disabled person? Oh… I guess I know the answer to that.

So, now we think they might both be parents? And their children are alive? Or are they parents of the same child? And where was the baby/babies while animal kids were torturing someone? Were the babies left home alone? And if the baby means so much to them, why didn’t they have him with them since their original plan was to run away and disappear? Meanwhile.. the Nagle and Blanton families released a statment today. It reads, “We are here today not to show support for Joe and Cheyenne but for Miss Clark and her family. Our thoughts and prayers are with them. We pray that they are all able to heal from this horrific ordeal and put their lives back together.
As parents, we have done everything in our power to turn Joseph around, including mental health counseling, family therapy, incarceration and commitment to the Butler County Juvenile Behavioral Rehabilitation Program.
It is our hope that justice for Joseph and Cheyenne is swift and severe.
We ask that you respect the privacy of the Clark family and allow them to heal. We also ask that you respect the privacy of our family. ”
At least it seems the parents are not defending these kids! I feel bad for their parents too.

I am so glad to read that statement – they are concerned for the victim, as they should be. These must truly be some good people that just had bad kids.

I always hated a theif, but damn, I wish these two would have succeeded with the grand theft auto, instead of this torture.
Why are they in juvie? Was this not serious enought to try them as adults? Does one or both of them have children? Good Lord, I hope not, but if they do, perhaps one of the families has the child(ren). I’m actually sorry for this family that raised such POS. I hope Ms. Clark will be okay. I don’t feel bad for the parents, actually. As a mother of seven, including 2 teenagers, I can attest to the fact that parenting is the hardest job imaginable. My husband and I are responsible for the formation of productive members of society and are accountable to God for their very souls. Perhaps if these parents had been more involved and took their responsibility seriously they wouldn’t have produced such burdens to society. I have yet to know a parent doing a great job who just happens to produce a delinquent. Their intention to provide moral support for the victim is the least they could do!

Some kids are just evil. I grew up with people who had loving parents. They got all the love and attention they deserved. They CHOSE to make friends with other POS and do evil stuff. They always had a reason- they hated society; people are sheep; etc….when their parents stepped in they would simply break curfew, sneak out…etc….some people are just born POS-rich and poor.

Wow, must be awesome to be so holier than thou.. Seriously, feel BLESSED that you have great kids. It’s awesome that your husband is there and supportive. But dont be so foolish as to think great parents dont have kids that get into serious trouble. In todays society, kids tend to do their own thing and to hell with what anyone says, does, or thinks. They just dont care. No matter how often they are taken to church, taught right from wrong, grounded, and Everything else under the sun you can legally do to kids to make them behave. Once they are teens, they seriously make their own decissions. You do your best to mold them into a great person, the rest is up to them! If they dont choose that life, it is NOT always the parents fault.
An example, take a ghetto kid, that goes on to collage and becomes a doctor, or lawyer even though his mom was a crack whore living in the projects… Is that thanks to great parenting?? Hell NO.. The kid decided he wanted better for his life, kept his shit together and made it happen.

As soon as I read this, I thought of that Florida mom who “went on strike.” Because this is exactly where her boys are headed.
I applaud the parents who are recognizing the evil their son has done, and expect him to pay the price for it. I think it does sound like they’ve done everything humanly possible to help him. As someone posted over in the Mom on Strike thread…sometimes, no matter what you do, your child makes bad decisions.

3. yes, the child is still alive
4. presumably, the baby is in good hands (grandparents, who are horrified by the actions of the two teens)

Kids are all so different. Mine are. They respond and behave differently even though they were all raised by me.

Well aren’t you special? You must be a “born again” Christian, because only a BAC is arrogant enough to actually post something like this in public. It boggles my mind how assholes like you claim to love God when you have zero capacity following the two most amazing, beautiful things Jesus ever said, “Love each other as I have loved you” and “Love your neighbor as you yourself would want to be loved”. Simple stuff, but miles advanced for the likes of you it seems. You don’t even have to be a Christian to appreciate the wisdom of those words. God knows I personally don’t do a great job at this most of the time, but I always make an effort, because it is a most worthwhile goal.
I have tons of respect for Joseph’s parents, but all I feel is contempt for you and pity for your “perfect” children. Hopefully they were born with enough common sense to recognize evil when they see it, and take their lives in a different direction than than parents.
