BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio — Charles Lewis did the right thing the other day. He called police and informed them that he had done something pretty bad. He admitted to sexually abusing two children, ages 5 and 7. After hanging up, he got into a van, drove to a cemetery and drove directly into a tree, killing himself.
Charles Lewis, 44, is (or was) a registered sex offender and was living with a woman and her two small children. After calling police and admitting to what he had done, he got into an argument with the mother of the two children. He then sped off in the van, leaving a note behind. He ended up flying through a stop sign, going airborne and slamming into a tree. Police have ruled this as intentional. They are continuing with the case and CPS is already involved.
I would implore any of you out there reading this, who may have, or have strong urges to, sexually abuse children…please follow Charles Lewis example. You don’t have to drive into a tree, necessarily, but please do kill yourself. Maybe one day advances in medicine or psychiatry will help “cure” you of your desire to have sex with babies, but as of right now, it just isn’t happening.
So again, save your family, or other people’s family, the pain and humiliation. Save your fellow taxpayer’s a dime or two. Save a child from growing up mentally and even physically scarred for the rest of their life. Eat a bullet, slit your wrists, crank up the car in the garage and read a nice, long book. Do whatever you want, but just make sure that whatever method you choose that you do as Charles did, and kill yourself.

Funny you bring that up. If you watch the video, they state more information will be coming out regarding this case. I am curious if any of that new info will be about the mother and what she may have known about her boyfriend’s past.

I didn’t think he was a role model – but an example to other pedophiles – just kill yourself. We don’t want or need you and my tax dollars have a better use than keeping your sorry asses up.
Yes, they should off themselves at the first thought of, not after the fact. However, taking themselves out is a start – it saves other countless people pain – doesn’t do anything for the past or current victim, aside from the fact, the victim can be 100% sure, this person will not harm them again. However, we need to step it up a few notches, to be a preventative instead of a cure.

I have to agree its a good thing he will never be able to do what he did to anyone else. And yes the mother of the girls knew he was a sex offender. It prolly would of been better if he would of done it before molesting the girls though. He has scarred enough children 4 at least it just sucks 2 more have to deal with this. He also has 4 children of his own 2 sons and 2 daughters, but at least he was never really part of their lives so he couldnt mess them up like he did to those girls. If anybody wanders why i know all this its because i am his youngest son.

This guy already did something bad and figured he was a waste of resources to try and fix so did it to save society the trouble I guess. Personally, I think there are more considerate ways to do it. He damaged a perfectly good vehicle and a perfectly good tree, and it’s going to cause people a lot of effort to clean that up.
If you really want to make amends by paying with your life, why don’t people join the military and take all the most dangerous missions and stuff? Or volunteer for the riskiest medical experiments and donate the proceeds to an orphanage? That way you’ll probably eventually die but at least benefit society. To me, suicide just seems like the lazy way out.
Now, people are going too far suggesting that anyone with an urge follow this guy’s example. This guy was far gone and already did bad stuff. Just thinking about it doesn’t mean you should kill yourself. Most people have the capacity to control themself, so no harm done.
If someone feels on the edge, suicide isn’t the answer, seeing a therapist is. If you’re that much a danger you can discuss it with them and they could probably help get you committed or something until you feel more capable of self-control.
Even in an asylum I’m pretty sure they could find some way for you to make money and use that money to benefit society somehow. I bet you could study medicine and cure kid’s diseases, to help direct the affections these guys feel only for them.
Just dying is such a waste. It’s very barbaric to suggest it when there are more productive ways to use your body and your life. Parents, society, put a lot of effort into a life, and death should be a last resort when there is no possible other alternative.
There usually are alternatives, even if they are difficult to pursue. Yet people are ignoring this, because they have some kind of bloodlust. It is hard to understand.
