Thats pretty much what most of us want as well.
The part that bugs me the most is the rifle missfireing and she had to leave the room to go get another bullet. This is like your big sign from God. That maybe you were doing the wrong thng.

That was mentioned in 2 or 3 posts as pure speculation, not shit talk, in trying to understand any kind of reason a mother would shoot her child while they slept, and it was quickly put to rest by CHANGO666. I’m sure no one here wants you to be upset by that, you have suffered a great loss and in this case neither you, your brother or anyone other than the shooter deserve shit talk regarding it.
May she get the help/punishment she needs/deserves.

Damn , you know how many Cynthia Hernandez’ there are in the court records and prison in Arizona ?? way to damn many.
I finally found her court case # and posted the link for anyone to follow the turtlue like speed of this case. They dont even have a trial date yet and her lawyer is dragging his feet big time. Near as I could figure barring any more delays the trial should start in june of 2009?? maybe.

Gee lokita26, take a few minutes to read what people said, before you jump all over everyone. No one really said anything bad about Jeremy and most people agreed with you about Cynthia.

No ones going to take you serriously if you rant and rave about it. You just look more like Cynthia when you do. Sorry for your loss and I can understand your anger about it. My mom was a bit bent for a while and my 14 year old sister had to raise us, while she got better. I think of my sister like a mom mostly.
