I was reading up on this and I have one question. Did he really name the child Blaze? I am a Juggalo so I love Blaze the rapper but I do not think I would ever name a child that. That is a name someone gives pets. I am serious, I have never known anyone who named their child Blaze, but I have known cats, dogs, even a bird and a ferret named that. If that wasn't a Freudian slip nothing was. Also, I did try my hardest to be unbiased but when I tried reading anything the mother of this child beater wrote, my head hurt.

to the ones that love and care for my son . shannon is getting sentenced on august 10th . if you love and care about him and would like to speak on his behalf call me or leave me a message on here and let me know so i can let his lawyer know . also if you plan on being there come dresses up . no jeans no shorts t shirts peircings etc .. come in the right frame of mind that you are there for shannon and the kids ! no out burst no anger at what happends . im not going to be able to handle that . i need you guys to be there for our family . we have been through so much we have one chance left to prove his innoncence ! im counting on you guys and the lord most of all . we need to start a petition on shannons behalf there only has to be 1 started and everybody keep passing the same one around i want more to show the judge more then what we were allowed to show the jury that failed him !

I agree to a point. Sometimes the most trusted person can shatter that trust. It would be my guess that you would have to look farther into the person, see how the person reacts with your child. Do they pay extra special attention to your child? Most times, it is not a stranger that sexually assaults your child. It is the trusted friend, someone from the neighborhood or family members who do this to a child and breaks that trust. In most of these cases, the child will not tell on this person because the person doing this tells the child that it was their fault and that the parents will punish the child or threaten in other ways to keep the child quiet.

As a parent myself, I practically give my sitter the third degree before they even come near my children. This includes speaking to their parents, checking references, etc.

What the hell is wrong with mothers for even allowing this type of trash near their kids!?!
