Seth Guerrero Is Missing, Motherless

 UPDATE:  Seth Guerrero has been found safe in Denton, Texas, and Andrew Guerrero has been arrested.  Guerrero checked into a Motel 6 in Denton under his own name.   We’ll take some good news around here once in awhile.

Kansas City, KS - There are urgent Amber Alerts in Kansas, and Texas today for three year old Seth Guerrero of Kansas City. Seth was discovered missing on SundaySunday reviewsSunday reviews when his mother and one-year-old half-sister were found shot to death in their Kansas City home. Seth’s non-custodial father, Andrew Anthony Guerrero, is believed to have killed his estranged wife and her daughter and is the primary suspect in Seth’s disappearance.

Seth Guerrero is three years old, three feet tall, 45 pounds with dark hair and brown eyes. Andrew Guerrero is 23 year old. 5′9″, 170 pounds with dark hair and dark eyes. He is believed to be driving a silver 2004 silver 2004 Saturn SUV with a switched Kansas license tag of XTY-310.

Initially there were reports that Guerrero was driving a truck, but I’m hearing that the truck has been located and that there is evidence Guerrero is now using the SUV. Authorities say they have “grave concerns” for Seth’s well-being, and that Guerrero is armed and considered volatile. Guerrero may have enlisted the help of his father in heading for Mexico with or without Seth.

Seth’s mother and sister have not been named by police at this time. It appears that Andrew Guerrero was upset that his estranged wife had a child outside the marriage and chose this way to express his opinion. I will update as information comes in.

       Guerrero may have enlisted the help of his father in heading for Mexico with or without Seth.

    I hope the little boy is okay. Also hope he didn’t witness it, he must be scared shitless.Thats just great. I hope Dad didn’t know about the murders….

    So sad. I sure hope they find this POS, and that it’s not too late for the little guy.
    Damn, how can anyone point & shoot at a defensless little baby? I get that his wife concieved the girl from an affair… but… shoot a baby? This guy has to be a monster.

    This is terribly so sad, that poor boy probably witnessed it and I am sure he was so proud to have a baby sister and a playmate he will grow up so very lonely…

    Guerrero’s former wife, Nicolette Lyons-Reed, 23, and her 8-month-old daughter, Leah Lyons-Reed,

    Court records show Lyons-Reed filed for divorce from Guerrero on April 18, 2006. Records indicate that Guerrero was serving in Afghanistan as a member of the Army when the divorce was filed.

    Lyons-Reed had remarried, to another soldier, according to court records.

    Lyons-Reed was granted a permanent restraining order against Guerrero in September, according to court records. She also filed a motion to restrict Guerrero’s visitation with his son. A judge ruled on that motion three weeks ago, but the ruling had not been made public.

    On Tuesday, Gorman said Seth was not at the scene of the killings and was apparently “doing fine.”"

    Well at least he wasnt there when it happened and he is with his grandparents and not in the system. poor baby.

    Guerrero has a $10 million bond and has waived extradition.

    According to the news reports Seth was only in foster care one night and doing well despite being tramatized for two days. Poor baby, growing up with no mother or sister.
    Nicolette also had a restraining order against Guerrero.
