Cincinnati - Everyone congratulate Mr. Chaffer, 40, for the new addition to his and his girlfriend’s family. Too bad it isn’t his girlfriend’s kid. It was his girlfriend’s daughter who got pregnant. She was only TEN YEARS OLD. That’s right, Mr. Chaffer not only got a TEN YEAR OLD pregnant, the little girl went on to have birth at ELEVEN YEARS OLD at Cincinnati’s University Hospital in November. I don’t know what is going on in this gilr’s house, but DNA tests were given to three different men before it was shown that Mr. Chaffer was the proud, new father.
Rape charges are now in the process of being filed against Chaffer. The young girl and her baby were living with her mother at one time, under CPS stipulations that no men be allowed in the house. They did a surprise inspection and found Chaffer at the house. Chaffer slammed the door on the officer and refused to open it. Chaffer pleaded guilty to obstruction of official business the next day, which violated his probation on an earlier drug charge. As a result he was sent to prison for one year. The baby is in a foster home, while the girl is living with relatives. The mother has been barred from seeing her granddaughter and can only have supervised visits with her daughter.
But this family just cannot quit being role models for the rest of us. Because of the excellent environment they have created, they are all also responsible in helping the 11-year-old girl receive the esteemed title of being the youngest child ever to give birth in Greater Cincinnati. Ever.
So everyone put your hands together for Mr. Chaffer and company!
