NEW BEDFORD, Mass. - That fat tub of shit you are looking at is 26-year-old Corey Saunders. For the last few years, he has been in prison for an indecent assault against a 7-year-old boy. Massachusetts law allows judges to commit sex offenders indefinitely if they’re found to be dangerous and likely to strike again. Prosecutors and three psychologists said he was likely to strike again and should remain behind bars. The great Bristol Superior Court Judge Richard Moses rejected this motion to hold Corey. The judge cited Saunders’ low IQ, his history of being sexually abused as a child and his lack of sexual offenses while in prison. So, he was let loose into the public once again. On Wednesday, Corey raped a 6-year-old boy in the New Bedford Public Library. The boy was so paralyzed with fear, he could not alert his mother, who was working on a computer feets away.

This turd even Saunders demanded the boy’s address and threatened to rape him again. Corey was arrested outside of a homeless shelter and is being held without bail pending a hearing scheduled for Thursday. He is charged with rape of a child by force, indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 and enticing a child. Personally, I understand that Judges make thoudsands of decisions in regards to other people lives, I know that they are not perfect and odds are they will get it wrong every now and then. But TWO experts told this judge that this Level 3 sex offendor would strike again. Former Bristol district attorney Paul F. Walsh Jr. said he considered Saunders to be one of the 10 most dangerous sex offenders he prosecuted during his 16 years in office. Why would anyone take a chance with that kind of testimony?

Had Morbid’s 100-perent-sure-fire-way-a-convicted-sex-offendor-will-never-become-a-repeat-offendor been implemented, you would have only heard about this abomination once on his first arrest, and a second time hours after he was found guilty in the form of a celebatory obit.

Of course he didn’t commit any sexual offenses in prison Judge Genius. There aren’t any seven year olds doing hard time to rape!

He shouldn’t have been out of prison, but judges let bad people out of prison all the time.
I feel so sorry for the mother and for that poor little boy, and I really do not want to judge her (she must be going through hell)….but why would your six year old be running around the public library by himself? I know that parents get complacent sometimes when they feel safe, but in a busy public library? I have let my older son (12) roam stores by himself, but I am so paranoid that I call out his name like every two minutes and if he doesnt answer I go find him. The world today is scary, if someone is able to molest children in Walmart why wouldn’t they molest children in the library? I have seen parents let thier children run around by themselves in stores and they think that the staff is going to watch their kids.

This guy is facing Life now with the latest charge. Apparently the library keeps a book of all level 3 Offenders there to look through if someone acts suspicious, but he was not in the book because he’d only been out 2 weeks. I can back that up, his photo was in the SO list, but no details on his fact sheet.

PS- the cops are PISSED about his release. One called it a “travesty of justice” and the DA said : “It is a tragedy that this took place. This incident dramatizes exactly why we have a Sexually Dangerous Persons protocol. I can not, however, comment on what the Superior Court Judge did because I was not involved in that case nor was my administration in any way.”

Yep, that’s what I was thinking.
Ugh. When will these idiot judges wake up and realize sex offenders are just that- sex offenders?! Our courts need to lock em up & throw away the key. Or just kill them… which sounds a helluva lot better to me!

I hope the victim’s mother sends Judge Moses a picture of her son that was victimized – so every time he thinks he made the right decision by letting that BUFF (big ugly fat fucker) walk free, he can look at that poor little 6 yr olds face whose life was ruined by Mr. Moses wonderful decision.
I can’t even call this judge “your honour” because anyone who can ignore repeated testimony that someone will reoffend and ON CHILDREN WHO CAN”T FIGHT BACK….. well, simply put, HE has no honour unleashing that fuck into society to hurt more children.
Someone should direct Judge Moses to this site so he can read our thoughts!

I feel the same way! I have let my 11 yr old (12 in 2 months) Look at video games while I take the 3 yr old to the toys at Target. The areas are close but I get so paranoid I can never go through with it. This really pisses my older son off he stomps and gives me the “MOM come on, I’m not a baby”. Tough shit, I can’t bear the thought of him being hurt. I hate letting him go to the bus stop alone, he meets friends and I’m 2nd house from the corner…, geezs I’m paranoid huh? Who has the Zanex?

I agree with you 100% on this idea. I don’t think that most Judges really think about what could happen to another child when they let someone that is a pedophile out of prison. This Judge probably feels really bad about his decision to let this guy out. I know that I wouldn’t be able to live with myself if I would have made the choice to let him out. Sometimes I have to ask, “Where was God?” When I was two years old, my mother had found out that my dad was having an affair and took off to Ohio with me. I was left with my uncle and he raped me. At two years old you don’t think that a child as small as that would remember being raped, but I remember it, everything he did to me. I had never told anyone about it because my uncle told me that he would kill me if I ever told. His sexual abuse continued for years. The last time he raped me was just before my tenth birthday because I told him that if he didn’t stop, I was going to tell, with another adult very nearby but couldn’t over hear what I was telling him. I grew up and had three children of my own, I had three children all under the age of two years and not once did I ever abuse or kill any of my children. My mother found out what my uncle did to me when I was so small is when she took my children to my uncle’s house. I jumped into my car and drove like mad to get to my children before he could touch them. I screamed at my mother for bringing my children to his house and told her why. She was shocked, but understood why I didn’t want them around him. A few years later, my aunt had to get an abortion for my first cousin, because the baby just happened to be her dad’s, the same uncle who raped me. I do wish that they would turn these sick pedophiles into women then send them to a cell with Bubba!!!

Not to seem overly prurient, but how small must this man’s dick be in order for a 6-year-old boy to be physically ABLE to remain silent during a rape? I mean, 6-year-olds are kind of small, if you know what I mean…

Poor, scared little kid. And in a public library, no less. That’s just wrong.

when will these judges learn? Pedophiles never stop. They will always re-offend, if they ever get the chance. If you ever rape a child, you go away for life. End of story.

It’s a primitive biological response for little kids to “freeze” when they are being raped, regardless of the size of the tool. Pedophile defense attorneys always use that argument – “if my client was raping that child, why didn’t he fight them off”. They make me sick.

This are the cases that really get my blood boil…… this could of been prevented 100%. This piece of crap should have never ever be release. I don’t see how this judge can live with himself the poor criminal excuse should not even have been a issue…. OK so he has low IQ ……. Many low IQ people don’t do what this piece of crap did….. He was abuse as a child ….. many have been abuse and don’t turn to do this s### to a kid….. when people make excuses for bad behavior is when pieces of crap like this one feel they can’t be accountable for what they do….. I hope they fry his ass, I am a mom and when I see my little boy , I can’t see how they can hurt these little angels.

When my cousin turned fourteen I remarked to her that it was SUCH a relief to be sure that if she stepped away from me in a store for a moment, it was unlikely that she’d be snatched. It’s so hard to balance their need for independence and their feeling of being self-reliant with the responsibility to protect them.

I was in a store once and saw a toddler toddle up to the store’s door, look around for someone to say “no,” push the door open, and go outside. I was so horrified I could not say a word, but pushed through the crowd and ran after her. She crossed the very busy street just outside before I could get to her. Boy, was her mother upset. But kids are just as quick as light when it comes to getting themselves into danger. I still can’t believe how quickly it all happened.

Just when Harry Potter got kids back into libraries and read’n and stuff, this Baron Harkonnen wanna-be bookends him in the junior fiction. Until (if and when) an actual survivable cure for this high-level deviance is found or a ‘molester’ gene is identified that we can genetically select out, let’s go the Morbid’s way, people! You know it’s right…

Gotta love MA. Just like Vermont in the stupid judges department. They don’t believe in protecting children; they believe in rehabilitation. One judge, the beauty that gave a child molester (long record, raped a four year old violently) a thirty day sentence, actually admitted he didn’t believe in punishment at all. And they let him stay on the bench until the public outcry (driven by Bill O’Reilly) forced him into early retirement. Vermont lawmakers, and Vermont media–loudly defended him and lambasted Bill O’Reilly.

They walk around with smug faces and imaginary halos as the therapists sit in a semi-circle during pedophile theapy sessions, beaming at the glorious strides their patients are making, never suspecting that their newly-rehabilitated human miracles are jamming their penises and fists into toddler’s orifices as soon as they leave the building.

Google “Brooke Bennett” and get a big ol’ taste of Vermont maple syrup.

These judge’s belief in their own superiority is hazardous to children. God help us if we lose our Republican governer—he is the last vestige of sanity in this socialist cesspool. I suggest that all pedophiles reading this note move quickly to Vermont–you will be able to rape and terrorize with impunity and a freedom you’ve never known before.

On February 2, 2009, Corey Deen Saunders pleaded guilty in New Bedford Superior Court to charges of rape of a child, indecent assault and battery-subsequent offense, indecent assault and battery, enticing a child and threats to commit a crime.

Prosecutors have requested a life sentence. No sentencing date has been set.

Corey Saunders was sentenced to life in prison today, but I do believe there is the possibility of parole in about 15 years. The judge apparently had some harsh words for him.
