Donnell Logan Has A Burnin’ Love

Deerfield, NJ – When Sonya Mullins kicked Donnell Logan to the curb last Wednesday, she really should have gotten her keys back. Late Thursday night, Logan went back to Mullins’ Deerfield home because he wasn’t done fightin’. By 4:30 FridayFriday reviewsFriday reviews morning, Mullins’ home was going up in smoke.

Sonya Mullins, 42, was found dead in the home early Friday. An autopsy determined that she died from blunt trauma to head and chest and asphyxia. Mullins had lived in the house just over a month. Living with her were a daughter and grandchild, and apparently Logan until she kicked him out last week.

Police investigators say that Donnell Logan went back to Sonya’s home, beat the hell out of her, and then set her and the house on fire from the inside. Then he left, and Sonya died. Sounds like she should have ditched him before she let him move in.

Logan has been with murder, felony murder arson, aggravated arson, aggravated assault, tampering with evidence and burglary. He’s cooling his heels at the Cumberland County Jail on $250,000 bail.

    I guess Logan never heard that old saw about “If you love something, set it free–If it comes back to you, it’s yours. If it doesn’t, it never was.”

    Then again, that didn’t work out so great for Sonya, since he came back.

    He’s another one of those dudes who looks nearly too stupid to peer over his lower eyelids.

    Okay like my momma always said….if a person hit’s you and you are too afraid to leave….wait till they go to sleep…..beat their ass with a skillet or any other weapon and walk out….sounds like if she had done that sooner….this story might have had a different ending
