It turned out that Chris is the father of Miciana and will face additional charges as a result.

He has rights concerning the baby; he signed over all rights to his sister. DYFS upped the court date and said nothing to family members of the date.

I do not see how a baby of a teen who was killed with the assistance of her uncle, gets to be raised by the sister of the assistant killer and rapist.

I am sorry but to me, that’s just not right.
