November 10,2009 Prosecutors will be able to show a jury DNA evidence allegedly linking James Biela to the strangulation and rape of Brianna Denison and the sexual assault of another woman, a Washoe District Court judge said Monday in an order denying a defense claim that it should be suppressed.

After his arrest in November 2008, Biela also was charged with raping a UNR student on Oct. 22, 2007, as she headed toward her car in a university parking garage and with kidnapping and sexually assaulting another UNR student Dec. 17, 2007.
He has pleaded not guilty. His trial is scheduled for May 10.(2010)

Anyhooo, it turns out that someone left a pretty good tip about James Michael Biela on a hot line, so the cops went to him again and asked for a DNA sample, He pretty much told the to “F” off . Not leting that stop them, they went to ex-girlfriend, Carleen Harmon, the mother of his 4 year old son and got DNA from his son instead. LoL, Guess that will teach James to be a bit nicer to her. Paybacks a bitch they say. The little boys DNA was a family match so his ass was busted big time.

Carleen was also suppose to be James alibi , when Brianna went missing, but she didnt do james much good, since she couldnt account for his wereabouts at the time of the crime.

Carleen also told the cops about a pair of thong panties in his vehicle. She saw when she went to vist him in Washington. She asked James about them and he claimed to have stolen them from a local laundromat. Thank God for trophy hording idiots .

A second pair of women’s underwear was found at the scene when the body of 19-year old Brianna Denison was recovered on February 15, the Reno Police Department said during a news conference today.

Reno Police Detective Commander Leigha Struffert said laboratory analysis has confirmed the pink women’s underwear contain the DNA of the murder suspect, Brianna Denison and the owner of the underwear who was a resident of the Mackay Court residence from which Denison was abducted on January 20.

Struffert said the pink underwear was found at the scene intertwined with a pair of distinctive black women’s underwear described as having the caricatures of the head of the “Pink Panther” and pink hearts on a black cotton field. The black underwear contains the DNA of an unknown male and an unknown female.

The black panties were worn, size small and decorated with three pink hearts and the head of the Pink Panther cartoon character *see link for photo of the panties
