She was on drugs and couldn't care for him. Rumor has it that Higa was a supplier to her at times (of meth) and that they would use together.... Ms. Chanco has two older children, one lives with his father, the middle child lives with her mother. Cyrus Belt was a beautiful baby and quite outgoing and talkative, despite his genes. I so wish that he had stayed in foster care and been adopted away from them all. No telling what Cyrus would've accomplished. Of course, I pray that Matthew Higa would just throw himself off the prison and save us all the crap. On Higa, How does one involuntarily ingest narcotics?
