Chandler, AZ - Santana Batiz Aceves, aka Ricardo Ramirez Lopez, aka “Chaparro” , aka “Shorty”, aka The Chandler Rapist, is a bigger baby than the girls he’s raped over the last two years. Batiz Aceves wasn’t crying when he entered girl’s homes after their parents left for work in the mornings. He stalked most of the girls for weeks, then entered their homes either through unlocked doors or pushed in when the girls opened up to a morning knock. Then he assaulted them, ruining their pubescent years and stealing what was left of their childhoods before zipping up and walking away.
Shorty likes to rape junior high students. Specifically, he likes to rape Andersen Junior High School students. Of the six rapes his DNA has hooked him for since 2006, three of them were on Andersen students. By the way, this guy has a fifteen-year-old daughter in California as well as a wife and children at home in Chandler, a suburb of PhoenixPhoenix reviews, so his target demographic was close to home.
In perfect PDTP (put-down-the-penis) form, both Batiz Aceves’ wife and his ex-girlfriend are sure he could never do such a thing. Maria Peñuelos, Shorty’s ex-girlfriend, says that “He always took care of his kids, he’s very respectful and he’s a good person. I just don’t believe it.” She told news sources that Shorty took her daughter to school even after they broke up and routinely took care of her children, who are probably even now wetting the bed, setting small fires, and killing animals. Shorty’s wife Claudia is concerned that her two small children are very upset without their father and are fearful that he won’t return. I think I’d be more fearful if he did.
Batiz Aceves was arrested Friday during a checkpoint after he matched a description victims gave of their rapist. First he said that he did not live in Chandler at all, but was only visiting. Then he said the car he was driving, which also matched descriptions, wasn’t his. Then he gave about six false names. Then he gave a DNA sample because some cops got tired of listening to him whine and got a search warrant already.
Less than 24 hours later, Santana “Shorty” Batiz Aceves was crying in court. I hope he never sees the light of day again.

Another crime story that hits the news here in Phoenix, AZ. (and we have so many of them-usually one featured on AMW every week from the Phoenix area!) You’d think with Phoenix having the “toughest Sheriff in America” (Sheriff Joe Arpio) that the creeps would go somewhere else….

Bastard had no right to be in this country, got deported and returned 2x. When are we going to get serious about our borders? There are several little girls who will have to deal with the memory of this man’s attack for the rest of their lives.

Well, to be fair, if he hadn’t done it here, he would have done it somewhere else. I mean, border issues aside, I don’t want a woman to get raped in the US, Mexico or anywhere else on the planet. The true solution to people like this are not strengthening borders, but to simply ensure 100 percent, that they are not ever able to commit these types of crimes again.

Morbid, I agree that the ultimate solution is to fix it so that no rapists can commit the crime more than once. Of course I wish that no women anywhere were being raped.
But until that perfect world arrives, I think there is nothing wrong in my expecting that our government will secure the borders against foreign rapists. It’s not as if we don’t have plenty of homegrown 100% American rapists here legally and making life miserable. Apparently the law is doing its job inside the the United States in that they caught this guy and deported him. But he just slimed right back over the border — twice. I have a problem with that.
Maybe I am reading your argument incorrectly — that it’s important to note that if he weren’t doing it here in the U.S., he’d be in some other country raping women — but I think it’s rather like saying that I shouldn’t lock my doors because if the rapist weren’t raping me, he’d be somewhere else raping some other woman. I want the doors locked and the borders closed so that I can be a little more secure in my home.
Anyway, back to topic. This guy has some nerve crying in court after he created so many tears himself.
