Having been out of practice of having normal size wieners in his mouth, convicted child molester, Frederick Fretz, choked to death in prison while eating a hot dog. Frederick Fretz, 45, was serving a 20-year sentence at the federal penitentiary in California when he died on Dec. 19. Prison spokesman Jesse Gonzalez said Monday that medics tried to remove the obstruction from Fretz’s throat before transporting him to a hospital in nearby Merced, where Fretz was pronounced dead.
You may remember this guy from America’s Most Wanted where he was featured. Fretz was serving a 20-year sentence for the January 2005 kidnapping of 11-year-old Adam Kirkirt, who was a student at Dunnellon Elementary School at the time. Fretz had been a roommate of Adam’s father, Ivert Kirkirt. Fretz had a prior conviction as a sex offender in Pennsylvania. Fretz picked up Adam from school on Jan. 18, 2005, and fled with him to Georgia. Police found Adam alongside a Georgia roadway three days later after the car Fretz was driving broke down. Luckily, Adam was not harmed.
