somehow i think the “oops, i slipped” defense isn’t gonna work when the recipient of the dong, no matter how tiny, is a five year old.
I’d like to see some legal precedent set on this one so David Spears doesn’t try to claim that he tripped over a goat rope and fell.

I just re-read the original article, and noticed something I had missed the first time…..

Jeremiah McGee, 26, of 107 W. Cedar Ave., Connellsville, was found not guilty of rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, indecent assault and corruption of minors.
A jury of 11 men and a woman deliberated for 30 minutes before returning the not-guilty verdicts before Judge John F. Wagner Jr. on Tuesday.
Connellsville police filed the charges after a 5-year-old girl told a Children and Youth Services representative that McGee had engaged in a sex act with her at a house in the city.
A JURY believed him!!!! OMG!!!
