Felipe Rivera Hates Gays; Rapes Man

Illinois - Felipe Rivera, 43, and another man were both at a basement party when “Mr. Rivera got upset apparently because he believed the victim, No. 1, didn’t respond to a female and then, No. 2, somehow winked at him — made what he perceived as a sexual advance,” said Cicero police spokesman Dan Proft. Rivera then punched the man in the face and was then asked to leave the party. Rivera waited outside of the party waiting for the man he punched to leave. He then followed the man home. As the 37-year-old man was climbing an outdoor stairwell to his apartment, Rivera attacked him. Rivera removed the victim’s pants and raped him while shouting “sexually oriented derogatory comments“. Afterward, Rivera punched the victim in the head, leaving him semi-conscious, then inserted a metal broom handle in the victim’s rectum. A neighbor found the victim later and called police. Rivera had went to his mother’s apartment nearby, but she called police on him because she has an order of protection against him.
Rivera gave police these details in a videotaped statement, according to Proft. When asked why he did it, Rivera allegedly said it was “because he hates faggots, and this is what they get,” according to Proft. Felipe Rivera was charged with a hate crime, aggravated criminal sexual assault, sexual assault and aggravated battery and could face more than 30 years in prison.Judge Paula Dalio set Rivera’s bond at $350,000, and added $50,000 for a probation violation.

This story confirms what I have always believed and that is that men who are homo-phobic tend to be that way because of their own confusion about their sexuality. Hetro men rarely make comments about “hating faggots”. So, not only was this dude angry about his own desires he was also violent and probably very, very angry. I wonder who messed with him when he was young….

Rape is a crime about power, not just sex. Rivera is a rapist and homophobe, but he could be that without being a closeted gay man.

I will get that gay guy by becoming gay myself? WTF I hope he has fun in jail, sick MF. Man, I hope that poor guy will be ok. It not bad enough that he raped him but than he had to stick a broom up the guys butt, which could have killed him.
