KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Well it seems as if everything I’ve been saying is wrong with some of my fellow Americans has proved itself once again. A patron at a Tennessee Hooter’s was not happy with his bill and refused to pay. He was escorted out of the restaurant only to start shooting inside the building with a .40-caliber handgun. Illinois - Felipe Rivera, 43, and another man were both at a basement party when “Mr. Rivera got upset apparently because he believed the victim, No. 1, didn’t respond to a female and then, No. 2, somehow winked at him — made what he perceived as a sexual advance,” said Cicero police spokesman Dan Proft. Rivera then punched the man in the face and was then asked to leave the party. Rivera waited outside of the party waiting for the man he punched to leave. He then followed the man home. ChicagoChicago reviews - I was going to post this when the story first came out, but got too busy with some site additions to do it. Basically, it was another story about a suburban housewife who went missing four days ago. Anu had left work to go to a nearby river to dispose of a statue. The statue was of the Hindu god Ganesha. It was used in her wedding ceremony, but was broken in transit when the statue was sent to them from New Jersey, where the couple were married. A Hindu priest instructed the coupe to dispose of the statue in this matter. On Christmas Eve, she made a call to her friend that evening, telling her that she was at Des Plaines River and that 4 men were following her. FORT PIERCE – Fort Pierce Police Officer Dwight Toombs, 33, was arrested and charged with three felony counts of sexual battery on a person 12 years of age or older by a government agent and three felony counts of lewd and lascivious battery after he molested a girl he was investigating. The incident occured after Toombs had been called to investigate an incident of two people having sex in a car. The girl told police when Toombs arrived, she and the 20-year-old man were in the car and she was wearing only a T-shirt. Toombs reportedly asked them both for identification, handcuffed the man, went around to where the girl was sitting and handcuffed her, and “had her sit in the passenger seat and then told her to open her legs,’’ the report states.

San Francisco - While some of you bitched and moaned about the hassles brought on by the holidays and all of the aggravating things it brings…travel, shopping, and of course, family. At least you didn’t get mauled to death by a tiger on Christmas.

While everyone has heard of this by now, I had not posted anything about it as it had not been deemed any type of crime. But things are a changin’ and I figured I would go ahead and get this up so it can be followed on the site. For those of you who only read this site and live under a rock, a tiger at the San Francisco zoo escaped its enclosure on Christmas and killed 17-year-old, Carlos Sousa Jr., and also mauled two brothers who survived their injuries.

Carnation, Wash - Six people have been found dead in a home on Wednesday. In all, deputies found Wayne Scott Anderson, 60, a Boeing engineer, and postal worker Judy Anderson, 61, at whose home the shootings occurred; Scott Anderson, Michele’s brother; his wife, Erica; and their two children, 6-year-old Olivia and 3-year-old Nathan. They suffered traumatic injuries. The house is isolated in a rural area. A friend of the family discovered the bodies around 8 a.m. and then called 911. He had went to the house when one of theoccupants did not show up for work. Police say the occupants may have been dead since Christmas Eve.

I’ll update this as more information becomes available, but it is being reported that the authorities have ruled out murder-suicide and yet announced that there was no threat to the community.

Police have arrested a man and woman in connection with the deaths of six people. Deputies arrested Joseph Thomas McEnroe and Michele Kristen Anderson, both 29. Michele is the daughter of Wayne and Judy. Relatives state she lived in  a trailer on the property. [Read more...]

OrlandoOrlando reviews – Sandra Lyons has vanished following an argument at a Christmas party she was attending with her husband, Chris Meyers. Friends and family did not think she was being serious until she got so angry that she wanted to leave. Friends followed her and her husband outside where they pleaded with her to go. Ignoring them, Lyons walked away alone. This was around 11:30 SaturdaySaturday reviews night. 30 minutes later, Meyers came informed everyone that he had been out looking for her, but could not find her.

Helicopters and rescue dogs were used, but the dogs lost her scent at a walking trail in a nearby park. She’s described as 36 year old, five foot four inches tall with a dark complexion, long blondish hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a black tank style blouse, jeans, heels and a black hat.

Anyone with any information is urged to all the Seminole County Sheriff’s Department.

Update:

Newsnews reports coming in that she has been found safe and with a friend. An e-mail was sent to the media at 2:30 p.m., from deputies, that said Lyons “was reportedly found safe and unharmed with a friend. Details regarding the circumstances around her disappearance are not known at this time.”

Springfield, Ill - Daniel Heninger, 37, is now in jail for beating the shit out of his girlfriend’s 6-year-old daughter. He has been charged with attempted murder and aggravated battery of a child. Earlier in the evening, Heninger and his girlfriend got into an argument. Heninger started to attack his girlfriend when the little girl tried to get in between them. Heninger then did what any real man would do by picking the little girl up and throwing her to the ground multiple times causing severe head trauma and numerous fractures. She will spend Christmas in Saint John’s Hospital. Her injuries were considered life threatening, but she is in stable condition. Two other children, ages 3 months and 13 months, were at the house, but were not battered.

Danile had been arrested once in July of 2005 for beating a woman’s kids too severly with a belt, and in MarchMarch reviews of 2005 he was arrested for allegedly hitting a woman with a baseball bat. No charges were ever filed in either of those two cases. If found guilty of these charges, he could get 30 years.

WOODBURY, N.J. — Martina Harding, 42 has been charged with killing her 6-year-old son, Jarod Harding, by slitting his throat SaturdaySaturday reviews and is being held on $500,000 bond. Martina attempted suicide by slashing her own throat but the injury was not life-threatening. There is no known motive for the attack. Martina’s husband, Christian Harding, and their 9-year-old daughter were home at the time of the attack, with the husband witnessing some of the incident which took place on the first floor of the split-level home. The father instructed the daughter to call 911 and while he is cooperative with investigators, he is also extremely distraught.

Huntington, West Virginia - Thought I should go ahead and get this story up. It’s not looking too good. Leah Hickman, a broadcast journalism major at Marshall University, was reported missing SundaySunday reviews after she failed to show up for her shift at a local Dress Barn on SaturdaySaturday reviews, Dec. 15. The last anyone has heard from her was when she used her cell phone the day before and told a friend she was going to McDonald’s to get something to eat. In the apartment she shares with her sister, her coat, keys, and McDonald’s wrappings were found. Her cellphone was not there. Family members report that Leah’s cell phone voicemail is full. She hasn’t logged on to her MySpaceMySpace page since the day she disappeared. The store where Leah works, The Dress Barn, is offering a $10,000 reward for information about her location. Las Vegas - Trevor Carter, 21 and Amber Scott, 24, have been arrested and charged for the death of Scott’s 4-year-old son Trenton Quick. Police allege that the couple tried to hide the abuse the boy suffered. They placed his dead body in a car in which Carter drove out to the desert and “wrecked” in an attempt to make it look as if the boy had died from the injuries received in the accident. But as usual with these morons, they help me understand that they really do not know how stupid they are. The coroners report stated that the little boy died from blunt abdominal trauma. Carter, who is not the boy’s biological father, has been charged with first degree murder and his mother has been charged with three counts of child abuse.

Sheila Sikat and husband, David Wang

California – She has been convicted of repeatedly molesting a 4-year-old girl with her husband. Sikat was found guilty of 55 charges, including six counts of penetration with a foreign object of a minor under 14 years old, 13 counts of lewd acts upon a child, 10 counts of oral copulation, five counts of using a minor for sex acts and one count of sodomy. The victim was a daughter of a relative who they would babysit. They got busted when a housecleaner found a stash of 212 videotapes of young girls being molested, four of them depicting the couple sexually abusing the 4-year-old little girl. The couple molested the 4-year-old five times at their home in early 2001, producing nearly four hours of footage that was also viewed by the jury.

The tapes also showed her husband, David S. Hwang, 36, molesting girls, sometimes with Sikat, or, in earlier years, with a former girlfriend.  Hwang was sentenced to 50 years to life in prison after he pleaded guilty in OctoberOctober reviews 2006 to 60 counts of child molestation and faces more charges in Texas.
