By all means if Emily were hosting a special event where she would be at a venue in person, naked, and accessible to all sorts of people and somebody ended up raping her I would be more inclined to say that she was somewhat to blame for the rape for not taking into consideration this risk. If she listed all her personal information on her porn site including her social security number and home address and somebody stole her identity or went to her house and robbed her, then I would say that she was somewhat to blame for those crimes for putting her information out there.

But it makes no sense to assert that Emily’s posing online naked was an invitation for somebody to come and brutally murder her.

I can understand people feeling that her online activities were not proper or wholesome, but that should not justify her being murdered. People who are claiming that she brought this on herself have completely lost sight of the situation. Instead of blaming the victim for the crime because of her lifestyle, trying placing the blame with the criminal who committed the murder and will hopefully pay for it.

Victoria Martens is NOT a Mexican name and if the child is born in Mexico, it will probably have dual citizenship. I’m not 100% sure about that, but that is what I have seen in other cases.

Mexico is does not have the death penalty, so them refusing to extradite until they took the death penalty off the table is very common. It happens all the time.
