Lowell, Mass – Thy Chan, 26, possibly under the influence of drugs, attacked his 22-month old son and bit off the infants lower lip. Officers found the child covered in blood as well as his lower lip. Ty Chan was found in a bedroom acting erratically. He will be charged with mayhem, assault and battery on a child, and domestic assault. DoctorsDoctors reviews at Children's Hospital in Boston attempted to reattach the lip and say his condition was improving, and efforts to reattach the lip were initially successful.

First, I’m horrified once again. Damn, Morbid there is some nasty god damn shit going on in this world. Each time I come to this site, I’m shocked once again, but feeling so much more informed and pissed off at my brethren. As in brethren, I am referring to brothers and sisters of this world…lately I am feeling so much more disconnected and I feel I am either an alien of this human race or these sick fucks are.
I am curious as to what drug this ass was on and was alcohol involved at all. Any results on a drug test that was done on this fuck?
What do you do with a guy like this? Fucked up and freaks out, doing this horrid thing. He definitely needs some heavy rehabilitation. I don’t have a problem with what consenting adults do in their own homes, but god dammit, not when children are around.
