Ollie Thompson Rapes Toddlers; Give Them STD’s

Kansas City – A Kansas City teenager, Ollie F. Thompson, 17, was charged today with the rape of a 3-year-old girl. He faces a count of first-degree statutory rape after the girl tested positive for two sexually transmitted diseases. The girl had earlier reported the incident to her foster parent.

I thought that shit was for people who have sex with minors but it is consenual, like if a 19-year-old is dating a 14-year-old, or some shit like that. If you google the term, it says it refers to sex with a minor past the age of puberty. The kid was three!!! AND got an STI!!! Shouldn’t he be charged with aggravated sexual assault, or sexual battery or something?
