image6101963ou3 Eligio Chia Duron Gets Life For Paralyzing Baby via Rape

Eligio Chia-Duron, the dirtbag pictured to the left, was recently given the max term for raping an 8-month-old.  The rape was so brutal that the infant, now almost two, will be paralyzed from the waist down for the rest of her life.  She also suffered brain trauma from being shook.

The mother, an ex-stripper (natch), also received 5 years probation for child neglect.  The girl will now be raised by a foster mother, but you have to feel sorry for the life that awaits her.

I have a hard time with the dude's excuse that he just did this because he was mad at his girlfriend for "cheating on him".  Uhhh, how is raping an 8-month-old the first thing that comes to mind?  The only thing I can figure from his testimony is that he meant to say, "The only reason I was so rough with her this time was because I was angry at my whore girlfriend".  Because this isn't something you do for the first time in a fit of rage.

These sentences also puzzle me.  Life plus 40 years?  I guess this means they will let his body rot in the cell for 40 years after he dies?  I just hope he gets the proper treatment that child molesters get in prison.  He'll soon wish that HE couldn't feel anything below his waist.

If I understand correctly, when they sentence someone to life + anything (ie. life + 1 day) — Doesn’t that ensure their is no parole hearings for early release. I think if it is life without a “plus” they can become be paroled early – they do not have to actually die in the pen. And, one more thing, that law about the “PLUS” part may vary from state to state. I am fairly sure that is what it means in NC.

PRISON JUSTICE FOR LIFE + 40 — THAT’S GREAT!!!!! – GIVES THE SICK BASTARD LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS OF TIME TO RETHINK HIS ACTIONS.

This case wasn’t in the news as far as I know until they got a guilty verdict – the courts must have tried to keep attention down so they wouldn’t receive a lot of press.

I totally agree with Swivel, how the fuck is the first thing you decide to do after learning that your ex-stripper lady (lady, yeah right) friend is cheating on you, is to go rape her little baby?

And so violently that she is paralyzed and won’t be able to have any children of her own?! He had to have done this kind of thing before. I sincerely hope, from the bottom of my angry heart, that this man gets raped every single fucking day his loser baby raping ass in is prison.

What a fucking piece of shit asshole.

UPDATE!!! Evidently the baby girl is doing very well considering…

New life for baby who had been beaten, paralyzed

A year ago, Bianca Mata was being routinely battered, beaten and molested by her mother’s boyfriend in their Forest Park home.

On Christmas Day 2006, she suffered injuries so severe her mother was forced to take Bianca to an emergency room for treatment.

Bianca, 19 months, will be spending this Christmas with a new family: Her t foster mother, Michele Davis of Atlanta, adopted Bianca on Nov. 27.

Doctors discovered healing fractures all over Bianca’s body. The new injuries paralyzed the girl from the waist down. The paralysis means that Bianca cannot walk.

    She was 8 months old.

In October, the boyfriend, Eligio Chia-Duron, 41, was convicted and sentenced to life plus 40 years in prison. Bianca’s mother, Fabiola Delgado Mata, 21, is serving five years on probation for not protecting the baby and faces deportation to Mexico.

Bianca, 19 months, will be spending this Christmas with a new family that includes an older brother, Kevin. Her foster mother, Michele Davis of Atlanta, adopted Bianca on Nov. 27, Kevin’s fifth birthday.

“This will really be her first Christmas,” Davis said. “My parents are coming up from Florida. My mom will cook and I’ll supply the kids.”

A longtime foster parent and a nurse at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Davis first saw Bianca in the hospital as she was treated for the Christmas Day injuries.

“I just got sucked in when I saw her,” she said. “This tiny angelic baby, surrounded by pink fluffy blankets. I just adore her and I don’t mind the physical disabilities.”

Davis, a single mother, brought her home and introduced her to Kevin, whom she adopted after having him in foster care. Kevin was also hurt by his mother’s boyfriend, she said, suffering brain damage and learning disabilities. The abuser was sentenced to three years in prison, she said.

“Kevin just loves Bianca,” Davis said. “He calls her ‘my baby.’ ”

While toddlers her age are learning to be steady on their feet, Bianca has mastered a wheelchair. Visiting a coffee shop after her adoption, Bianca deftly navigated between tables and chairs, smiling and waving at other diners.

With the adoption hearing behind them, Davis has to get a passport for her new daughter. The two of them will be leaving for India and possible treatment for Bianca’s paralysis.

The surgery involves taking Bianca’s stem cells and transplanting them into her spinal cord. The procedure is being done at Lifeline Hospital in Perungudi, Chennai, India.

“The patients who’ve had this procedure have regained some function, whether it is being able to go to the bathroom on their own or taking a few steps,” she said. “We’re hoping and praying the transplant works.”

Other than needing a chair to get around, Bianca is every bit an average toddler. She goes to a child care facility every day and has friends.

“She is the only one in a chair, but the kids don’t care,” Davis said. “The boys all fight over who gets to wheel her around but she does that very well on her own. When she’s on the floor playing, the other kids play in her chair.”

Bianca is also a favorite inside the Clayton County District Attorney’s Office, the agency that prosecuted Chia-Duron. District Attorney Jewel Scott found something good out of Bianca’s situation, despite her severe injuries.

“The best thing that came out of this is that she has a new family,” Scott said. “She has this wonderful new mother who loves and cares for her.”

UPDATE!!! Evidently the baby girl is doing very well considering…

New life for baby who had been beaten, paralyzed

    By KATHY JEFCOATS
    The Atlanta Journal-Constitution

    Published on: 12/06/07

She goes to a child care facility every day and has friends.

thank god there is someone out there with a big heart who will love this little girl & care for her…
i hope someone in prison paralyzes her attacker, but not until he is repeatedly raped… he should have to feel the pain FIRST…

Rosie, thanks for the update! I wanted to puke reading the story and then your update brought me to tears. It also reaffirmed my decision to adopt an older child who may or may not have special needs when I graduate from university. These kids need a stable home and here in Canada, adopting an older child or a child with special needs is free! Our government absorbs the legal costs and in the case of a special needs child, they often provide an adoption package that helps families with the financial costs of raising a child with a disability. I’ve always (naivley) assumed these kids were born with their disability but this reminded me that it isn’t always the case. It’s so terribly sad but then you read something like that and realise that there still are good people in the world who are trying to ease the suffering of another. I don’t know if that little girl’s bio mother had to sign her over for adoption, but if she did, I think she made a very good choice in giving her daughter a life she never could. I wish that little girl and her new family all the best!

I can't believe the evil in man. No one on this earth can be capable of such horrendous acts of violence, torture and sufferring like men. It hurts me to know how much pain and sufferring that little girl had to endure for 8 terrible months of her life….Sick! Sick! Sick!
I think some one should kidnapped this fucker and tie him up and place a dynamite inside the meatus of his penis and blow it up!!!!
And as for that whore who calls herself the mother, may she go to hell! There is no way in hell did she not know this abuse was going on…she allowed that baby to be put into this situation. I hate her also. She has to be held accountable. Whats worse is in this society we are all on our own, it's every one for themself. If you have a child it is solely your responsibility to care for this child physically and financially. There is no moral obligation from people such as grandparents, aunts, uncles, or even neighbor to help out with the kid next door anymore. Allowing this little girl to be put into this situation. What ever happens to it takes a village to raise a child? She abviousely was incapable of raising this child but if someone around her could step up and intervene maybe this would'nt have happened. This little girl would be walking today.
