LEWISTON, Maine — A missing persons case you may have never heard about may have ended today as a body believed to be Donna Paradis, was found in a shallow grave behind a mall. She was the mother of two and 7-months pregnant. She was last seen on Tuesday 10/23 at Northeast Bank at 882 Lisbon St. at 3:00 PM. The grave was found along an ATV trail that runs along railroad tracks.

"The case has changed today from a missing person case to a homicide investigation," State police spokesman Stephen McCausland said.

Never heard of her, which is surprising as she is white, but it's probably due to her not having a face the major news media normally oversaturates the public with. And yes, if you are looking at her eyebrows in the picture, they are tattoos.

    yeah, i know, people just pick and choose what they want to read in a post and take offense. I dont care about her freakin eyebrows. But if she had been 20,blonde and stacked, it would have been front page news. I feel for her family. It sucks for anyone to die anytime but especially now, with the holidays approaching. May she rest in peace.
  • Listen, why don't you re-read the article. No one made fun of her eyebrows. They were pointed out. Trust me, had we wanted to do that, it would be too easy.

    Lastly, if you were to get some reading comprehension skills, you would see that we were pointing out that only the good looking get news coverage not that you have to be "hot and rich to be important".

    Jesus, it is hilarious the number of "think before you speak" emails I get from people who ignored their own advice.

    You dont have to be hot and rich to be important! Get a fucken life. And leave her alone. She gone now and you dont make it any easier for the ones that loved her!

    I would have thought that with her being pregnant that it would be more known that that. But yeah, usually they have to be young and hot and rich to warrant front page news.

    Not young, not blond and not rich. I'm surprised they even bothered looking for her at all.

    My aesthetician does people's eyebrows all the time, usually older women who have become hairless due to age. They are usually little more discreet than this ladies brows though. Hers look like someone drew them on with a sharpie.
  • It caught me off guard at first, then I read in one of the reports that here eyebrows were tattoos. I didn't realize people actually did that. I mean, I was aware of the procedure, I just didn't think anyone actually did it. I guess it is quicker than doing what my grandmother did, which was to draw them in.

    Could have been worse, though:
