Tea Neck, NJ – How in the hell this guy slipped by me I will never know. This is Anthony Merino, 24. He worked as a lab technician at Holy Name Hospital in Tea Neck, New Jersey. For whatever reason, Anthony decided to put his dick in the corpse of a 92-year-old woman after being let into the morgue. The security gaurd caught him in the act and called the police where Anthony was arrested on a charge of desecrating human remains, a second degree crime in New Jersey, after conducting an interview. A judge set bail at $400,000 with conditions that included Merino surrendering his passport and submitting to a psychological evaluation. If convicted,he faces a maximum of 10 years in prison.

omg, they made him a deal : maximum of 10 yrs went to 7 to 5 yrs probation 11 month + 3 days – (time served) ya think… and not allowed to work around human remains in the future…

You know, I wore myself out not long ago trying to get a dead patients mouth shut before his family got to the hospital. He had been in respiratory distress and, well, it wasn’t pretty. I did not want his wife and children to have one of their last glimses of him that way. I was sure that he wouldn’t either.
The dead deserve their dignity and the living their piece in knowing that the body of their loved one was treated with respect.
I disagree with the barely there sentence that this sick fuck got. It kind of sends a signal that this is o.k. I truly hope that the family did not know.

Yes, Anthony did commit this crime….and yes, it was an awful thing to do….but for you people to JOKE about it? what is wrong with you?
Anthony confessed his crime like a man…..he served his time….and he is now a free man under the law…
what he did is obviously caused by a medical/mental problem….he probably felt an uncontrollable urge to do what he did…..do not judge another person until you have walked in their shoes, OK? he KNOWS what he did was wrong and he could not help it…..he deserves compassion and forgiveness, as he gets the help he needs….
please cut the stupid jokes and realize there are alot of people you are hurting here, not just Anthony……he has a loving family and I am sure the victim does as well….if you can’t cut Anthony some slack, how about you think of the innocent?

Thank you for stopping by and reminding me about this poor excuse for a man. I don’t mind his having paid his debt to society one bit. Well done! It must be exciting for him to be back on the outside again.
However, I do hope they are not allowing him to work anywhere where his urges might get the better of him again. Most other adults have something called impulse-control. It allows people to work in places full of temptation without breaking the law. Without it, people do stupid things. Just like the things your mate Anthony Merino ended up in gaol for.
So when you say he is sick, what you really mean is that he is deficient in the impulse-control department, – and quite frankly, I can see every reason to share this piece of information around. Prospective employers have a right to know. Prospective girl-friends, too.
