I too know her, she lives 3 blocks from me. and her child is now eight so that’s only 5 years diff. At least the child is with grandparents and not her piece of **** mother.

From the reports I read, he is a gang-banger affiliated with the 13th Street gang. He was in the Nebraska Boys Ranch in Alliance, where the boy was sent in December after a Dawson County judge deemed the boy an “uncontrollable” juvenile.

Kathy .. just a correction: This is in Lexington not Omaha. Lexington is a town of 11,500 the majority being hispanic from IBP/Tyson meatpacking plant there and yes that town has been invaded with no good youths creating ‘gangs’ .. that’s why I moved from there and to think if I didn’t .. No, I am not a student of hers. I’m not much younger than her and I graduated from Lexington High School. I know, this is why I was frustrated with poeple making such harsh and below-the-belt comments. If you actually knew Kelsey (as you said when you met her as your child’s teacher) you never would have thought something like this would ever happen. And you are normally impressed by the woman she is, this took everyone for surprise. And it is horrible but I refuse to believe Kelsey is horrible.

And the fact that this particular administration gave warning to Peterson instead of immediately notifying the authorities WHICH THEY ARE BOUND BY LAW TO DO, makes me suspect that maybe they were hoping to get rid of their pedophile and keep the whole thing on the down low. Especially since the authorities knew nothing of the situation until the childs parents reported him missing.

Ya know I didn’t say what she did was right, but I just know her very well and I wouldn’t have thought that she would do anything like this. I guess you know her too, but I just have a place in my heart for her and always have and I know if it was anybody else and I didn’t know them personally I would probably feel differently about the whole deal, but I do know her and I still like her and I will go visit her whenever it is possible.
