14470925dq8 Hooters Waitress, Ashly Duchene, Shows Son How To Cook

PhoenixPhoenix reviewsPhoenix reviewsIn a move that wont help sway the mindset that Hooter's waitresses are nice to look at, but usually idiotic and self-absorbed psuedo-strippers with intelligence ranking slightly above a goldfish, Ashly Duchene, 22, left her 17-month-old son in the car for at least seven hours while she worked at a Phoenix Hooters on Tuesday. The high temperature in Phoenix on Tuesday was 89 degrees. Readings inside the vehicle reached upwards of 110 degrees and the baby died. Ashly was charged with negligent homicide in the child's death, after investigators learned she had said she wanted her freedom more than her son and that family members had taken the child away from her for brief periods of time. It has also been reported that on her way to work, Duchene usually dropped the boy off at a day-care center but not on this day even though she admitted to looking in her rear view mirror and seeing the child. "We're not saying this was a deliberate act yesterday, but that does give insight to her mindset that caring for her child was not her top priority," Phoenix Police Sgt. Joel Tranter told KTAR.

Young people today amaze me with there selfcenteredness and complete lack of regard for even their own children. They show no responsibility for anything. She needs to be held accountable and fixed so that she can’t have anymore children!

Come on now, skeptical…don’t be to hard on her. Raising a baby puts a severe cramp into the daily blow-the-Hooters-manager-in-the-office and nightly anal-for-meth she is probably used to. How can you expect her to alter her life for one measly baby?

I have a question…? Why it is that, stupid, self-centered morons continue to breed. Seriously, this is so freaking sad. Ok so you get pregnant…guess what…Deal with it because you are now responsible for another life due to “stuff happens.” Again a law should be enforced that stupid people like this Duchene idiot should never again have the right to another life. Think about this poor freaking kid. The one person who this kid looked to for safety was the one that murdered him. If we were to gather all the stupid people in this world and put them on a different planet, think about how lonely we would be on Earth. It’s kind of sad to think over 80% of the society we live in today, has a bad case of the “stupid’s” and it’s obviously contagious. Parents now and days suck!!!!! Where was the dad for this kid? Why didn’t he intervene and rescue this kid from a crappy environment. “Anyone can make a kid but it takes a real man/woman to raise one!” (Robert King)

I have a bigger question…why is it that we keep seeing time and time again, these instances of parents willfully, or neglectfully killing their children…yet the adoption process for straight couples is a red tape nightmare and pretty much next to impossible for homosexual couples?

All of these willing couples out there dying to adopt children yet are unable to, while these piece of shits continue to give birth to babies who meet fates that are absolutely unconscionable, unconceivable and in almost every case, preventable. It boggles the mind, and before next month is up, I will have probably posted 5 more stories just like it.

Morbid! That is my soapbox topic. We are adoptive parents and you will NOT believe the nightmare we had to go through to get our daughter. Married professionals with adequate income, a large home and the ability and desire to care for and love a child. We jumped through hoops, bowed down to people we wouldn’t SPIT on and spent a good deal of of our savings. We had to clear criminal background checks, CREDIT CHECKS, go through a homestudy, surprise home inspections, letters of health (physical and mental) from our doctors and 3 NON FAMILY REFERENCES!!! The judge, during the finalization of the adoption even asked us if we were prepared to raise our child spiritually and what church we belonged to. WTF?? We don’t believe in organized religion and hadn’t gone through all the Christian Adoption agencies for that reason!! We kind of stammered that we had not “picked” a church yet because we didn’t want to hurt our chances. But if I was some pregnant deranged crack whore with no baby daddy living on the streets with a record a mile long and no job, they would bend over BACKWARDS to make sure I was able to keep my baby. It SUCKS.

Kathy, sorry to hear the hoops you went through, but glad you did get your daughter. Someone very close to me was adopted, and has always stated that they wanted to return the favor one day by doing the same for some unwanted baby out there, but because of a divorce and the fact that they do not plan on getting married again, this will be something he will never be able to do.

Even though he makes enough money, has the space, and even has a son of his own, the chances of him ever being to adopt are pretty much nil. While he accepts that fact, what pains him more are these stories…stories that happen every month. Shame, really.

Amen Morbid, amen. It really does not make sense. I know everyone tells me I’m crazy (rightfully so ;) ), but I still think we need a licsense to have kids. Everyone should be given mandated birth control from the age of 13 on, and only be allowed to go off once they are able to prove they can handle a child.

And another thing, this hooker knew what she was doing, this was damn well a deliberate act. I know Hooters girls are known as “stupid”, but even they know that leaving a kid in a car that long in the heat could kill them.

“It also failed to mention that a policeman at the scene as well as witnesses stated that Ashly was hysterical when she discovered what she had done. Some websites deliberately leave out info that would make us sympathize, but embellish to make us hate. As far as where she worked…at least she was working….how many people are unneccessarily on welfare that are able to work…at least she was doing what she had to do to provide for her child.”

Look at what this bitch from another site posted. Oh, well she had a job, what an upstanding citizen! I dont know what’s scarier, the people who do these things or the idiots who sympathize and defend them

“The court document said Duchene told investigators that she also forgot Ryan was in her car the day before he died, but remembered him when she arrived at work.”

YAAA, sure… She forgets him two days in a row.

Now, now. Let’s give her a break. Working at Hooter’s is an extremely stressful and demanding job. The question isn’t how could a girl who works at Hooter’s leave her kid in the car to die, but rather how come it doesn’t happen more often. Those poor, poor girls.

Solange, the government is already into our business way too much. I would not want to be told I had to take birth control. Some folks are responsible and to act like all of them aren’t, seems small minded, and it sounds very controlling. I do understand where you’re coming from, I really do. I oft think stupid folks shouldn’t breed. Folks should have to go through parenting classes if they display any lack of knowledge of child care. More sex and parenting classes need to be taught in high school as well, hell junior high at the rate things are going. My daughter is going to be thirteen in two years, and I sure don’t want her on hormonal therapy for pregnancy prevention. Handing out condoms in Junior/Senior School is a good idea, again with much discussion of sex, pregnancy and contractible diseases. If My daughter came to me, which I will encourage her to do, and told me she was sexually active, then I will help her make a decision, along with her gynecologist on just what method of birth control should be used.
I believe this girl went uncharged, is that correct? If she wasn’t charged, then she should of been, at least for negligent death.
    Peace

Fuck, it was hard listening to that. I have some mixed feelings. First of all, I still DO NOT know how anyone could leave their kid in a car all fucking day long and not remember. (I mean I can be a real headfuck and could not, would not do that). It also seemed to me she had a lot to fucking say, and she kept repeating the same things about, usually dropping him off, and I don’t know why I did this, blah blah. If I did do this…my god, I don’t think I’d be able to say much of anything intelligible. I’d probably have a hard time getting out my fucking name and where I was. Everyone handles stress and situations differently, of course. I just felt something strange when I listened to that call.
Morbid, was she charged at all? Refresh me on this.

I feel you Hippie, I know that there are so many things that could go wrong with that scenario, I just feel like I would do anything to get these heartbreaking stories of abuse to stop. I dont know, I just wish there was more that could be done

You know how I know this bitch is lying???? She says that she got out of the routine of dropping him off because he was out of town with his grandpa or whatever. If that was the case, she wouldnt think that she took him to school, she would forget that he was even there. She kept saying she thought she took him to school. Getting out of the routine would mean that she would have thought that he wasnt there with her and therefore no need to take him to school. I cant imagine what that poor baby went through sitting in that burning hot car. If she hadnt had tinted windows someone might have seen him and saved him. What a sick sick bitch
