MARIETTA, Ga – Patrick Gray Graham, 36, has been arrested in connection with the robbery of a Gamestop store that left store employee, Matthew Cherry, 21, dead of suffocation after his mouth and nose was duct taped. Graham is charged with murder, three counts of kidnapping, three counts of false imprisonment, three counts of armed robbery and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Graham was found by matching his fingerprints already on record, with those found in the car he abandoned after the robbery. Merchandise stolen from the store was also found in Graham's apartment.
