Houston – This beautiful Houston couple, Geneva Foster, the boy’s mother, and Michael Ryan, his stepfather, were arrested and charged with starving and abusing a 13-year-old boy they kept locked in the attic of their home. Aside from weighing just 72 pounds, the boy also had broken bones, bite scars and damage to his liver, pancreas and kidneys. There were also four other children in the home who have been removed and placed in foster care. They showed no signs of abuse.

Continuing my thoughts that all stepparents hate their stepchildren, I would guess that the other four kids were the product of the couple.
