Madeleine McCann Died In Her Bedroom

August 8, 2007 at 8:05 am by

I have yet to create an article on this missing girl as, well, she is just a missing girl no different from any other. The fact that she may have been kidnapped from the hotel she was staying in while her parents left her unattended to go out was not enough for me to warrant writing up anything about the case. If you are living under a rock, check here for all the details you would ever want to know about the case.

However, things took a turn when Portugese detectives now claim Madeleine McCann was not kidnapped at all, but rather specks of her blood on a wall suggest she died in the hotel room. Now, the friends of the McCanns have been placed under police surveillance. Portuguese detectives are to re-interview her parents, Kate and Gerry McCann, together with six friends who dined together at a restaurant near the McCanns’ holiday apartment on the night she disappeared.

Diario De Noticias, a respected broadsheet, said Portuguese detectives had known for the past month that Madeleine had died on 3 May, and it said they had “definitively abandoned” the kidnapping theory.
