CINCINNATI, OH – Douglas Lian, 47, died of a massive heart attack and Margaret Leonard, 56, died days later of natural causes. Leonard had multiple sclerosis and could not care for herself, and authorities said she starved to death while Lian laid dead in her hallway.

I guess God felt that Leonard wasn’t punished enough by having MS, but thought a fitting way for her to die would be for her to lie on a couch unable to call out for help, make a phone call, or move…and to stare up at the ceiling for four days while slowly starving to death. What a fucking nightmare.
