Foo Fighters Sixth Album Details

Echoes, Silence, Patience and Grace, the Foo Fighters sixth release, will be released on September 25th on Roswall/RCA.

This release has the band teaming up with producer Gil Norton, the same producer who worked with the group on The Colour and the Shape. This album is to have a ’70s feel and echo a bit of Zeppelin, late-era Beatles and Springsteen. Grohl also includes a track, an instrumental, dedicated to the two men trapped in a goldmine in Tasmania. This album will also feature a first on a Foo Fighters album, two tracks with Grohl playing piano.

Personally, I cannot wait. I love these guys.
